Stay in the know with Delve

Delve is a service available in Office365 that displays the files in OneDrive you’re working on and what’s trending around you. The benefit: Delve can help you quickly find the documents you need and keep track of files shared with you. If someone modifies a file shared with you, for example, it will appear on your board.

You will only see the files that have been shared with you and others will only see the files that you shared with them. The service respects all of the permissions that you have given to files and will never share your private documents – those you haven’t shared – with others in Delve.

In Delve, you can also create a profile and view other’s profiles. This new feature can function as a digital business card that you can customize and share with others at UConn.

To access Delve:

  1. Go to and login via the blue “Login to the Office 365 Portal” button on the right side of the page.
  2. Once logged in, scroll down to the Office365 programs, and click the Delve tile.
