Organize your notes with OneNote Online

If you do a lot of note taking, attend multiple meetings during the week, and collaborate with others on projects, then OneNote can keep that flood of information neat and tidy.  All your notes are searchable inside OneNote, and they’re stored in the cloud and immediately accessible via the OneNote apps for any platform.  You can easily share your OneNote Notebook as well for collaboration.

To get started, log into your Office 365 portal at and click on the OneNote tile.

OneNote has a clearly delineated organizational structure with elements – tabs and pages – that mimic a physical notebook. Using these tabs and pages, you can divide and organize content the way you want. With this tool, you can even color-code your tabs.
